We have a background like no other agency

Our Story

Will Charlton started Seeded in 2023. Farming is something that has always been present in his life. Will grew up on a farm in Norfolk with his whole family involved in agriculture in one way or another. After obtaining a degree in Microbiology, it was an industry he fell back into without even thinking. Will thinks like a farmer because he considers himself one.

After spending four years helping to manage several thousand hectares of sugar beet for British Sugar, in 2014, he applied for a trainee product manager position with Bayer Crop Science. Will spent the following six years working on and then leading the most significant crop protection portfolio in the UK industry. He launched major new products, planned and implemented colossal marketing campaigns and developed a portfolio strategy that has stood the test of time. For him, marketing in agriculture is the perfect blend of science and commerce. It's where creativity and expertise deliver results that make a difference in a crowded and competitive market.

In 2020, Will took the opportunity to lead Limagrain's arable marketing team. In his three years at Limagrain, the team delivered a comprehensive corporate rebranding, tripled its oilseed rape business, and grew from the fourth-largest wheat breeder in the UK to number two.

He always wanted to run his own business, and in 2023 he took the plunge. Will identified a gap in the agency landscape servicing agriculture. He wanted to create an agency that combined his passion for farming with the latest marketing techniques, which could make a genuine difference to Seeded's clients.

And so Seeded began. We've only just started, but we're already working with some great businesses in the industry. We would love for you to be a part of the story we tell in the future.
